  Our Apart and Villas are situated in a very
quiet part of Dalyan, which are just 400 meters away from the
town center. Very close to public amenities. Our apart have a two suit and four 1+1 rooms with a large pool. Five villas near the our apart hotel and there is a separate pool of the villas. In addition, we have two different villa with private pool in Dalyan.  Sadik DENIZ is from Gokbel Village of Dalyan Town and he is the
owner of İZTUZU Apart & Villas. He joined the tourism market
first in 1988 to be river boat captain and became the one of
member of Dalyan Boat Corporation. He is still one of the member
of the corporation and running the accommodation business as
well.
 While your are staying at İZTUZU Apart & Villas you will
definitely feel like at home and will have enjoyable and
remarkable holiday here in DALYAN. Dalyan is just 30 minutes from Dalaman (Muğla) airport, and was destined to become a centre for large-scale tourism development. Plans changed, however, in the mid 80's when it was discovered that the beautiful spit of sandy beach is a nesting ground for the rare Caretta caretta or loggerhead turtles which lay their eggs here in the clean fine sand.  Dalyan, has remained, therefore, a sleepy haven its unspoilt
nature protected by strict regulations which mean that the beach
is not
accessible after dark. Dalyan is on a river delta, its narrow
waterways, surrounded by reed beds.The small town is set to a backdrop of stunning mountains, the river overlooked by ancient Lycian-style tombs carved high into the rock face. There are some good restaurants on the riverfront and the main street is home to a selection of restaurants and shops and a few bars. The town itself is flat and easy to get around. Close to Dalyan are the thermal springs and mudbaths of Ihca and Sultaniye, which are reputed to have many  health-giving powers
and are a fun and relaxing way to unwind.
Apart from its natural beauties, Dalyan is also known as the “healing place”. Many famous people coming here from all over the world is the perfect sign of this popularity. It is hard to underestimate the number of people who say they had suffered waist pains, rheumatism and sciatica until they came here. The first of these places is the Sultaniye Thermal Water. The water in the Sultaniye Thermal Water had been used in the times of the Kaunos people. Later, the Byzantines turned this place into a stopover. The ruins from that period are under the waters of 
Lake of Köycegiz.
Boats depart regularly from the riverfront for the short trip to İztuzu beach, approximately 40 minutes away. It is a beautiful bar of fine, golden sand gently shelving into the sea. Since there is no development, here, however, there is little in the way of facilities so it is best to come prepared. The beach can also be reached by dolmus. Dalyan honored with best open spaces in europe 2008 awards by The Times Travel Green Spaces Award. |
